Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore strive to create more placemaking activities for our heartlands. We believe that to keep the heartland alive it has to become a place where “Hearts” connect. That is why it is our mission to create activities that will bring about shared memory for the residence of the area as well as for visitors from outside of community.
