Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore (HECS) was established in 2019 as a subsidiary of The Federation of Merchants’ Associations, Singapore (FMAS), and is fully funded by Enterprise Singapore.
HECS supports the growth and transformation of heartland businesses by providing free business advisory.
We work closely with shop owners to help them improve sales, reduce costs, and grow sustainably. Our Business Advisors are on the ground, offering practical, step-by-step guidance tailored to each business.
